Collaboration to Accelerate Smart and Energy Efficient Infrastructure Globally

Meinhardt Singapore has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Delta Electronics Singapore, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration between two leading players in infrastructure and intelligent technologies.

This partnership brings together Delta’s global leadership in energy-efficient systems with Meinhardt’s multi-disciplinary design and project delivery expertise to jointly implement smart, resilient, and sustainable infrastructure across Asia. The collaboration will focus on Southeast and South Asian markets initially, scalable to other geographies globally.

This strategic partnership with Delta represents a powerful convergence of innovation and implementation. By combining Delta’s cutting-edge technologies with Meinhardt’s capabilities, we are uniquely positioned to co-create scalable, future-oriented, intelligent and sustainable infrastructure solutions across critical sectors. It reflects our shared commitment to accelerating digitalisation, energy transition, climate resilience and sustainable urbanisation across Southeast and South Asia, as well as other markets worldwide.

The MOU outlines collaboration across various engagement models — Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC); Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Financing (EPCF), and Public-Private Partnerships — in sectors such as energy, transport, construction, renewables, water, and waste-to-energy. A key focus is building smart industrial capacity in emerging markets to address global supply chain vulnerabilities, and to mitigate risks stemming from geopolitical tensions, trade wars, and natural disasters.

Delta views this alliance as a continuation of its mission to enable digital transformation and energy transition in urban infrastructure.
